We bought a house!

Today we bought a house in a nice leafy street in the center of town. It's was on about 850sqm and nicely renovated. And it has plans approved for a subdivision at the back if we want to.

We still have the other block, but the building plans and quoting and redsigns to get cost out are dragging on. And on. And on.

We're still not sure if we'll extend this one or build to the plans we had developed at the block - but no more renting!
